Regime - Lent Term 2021

Any rubbish requiring disposal will be the responsibility of the individuals, and taken to the bin areas. No rubbish bags to put outside of rooms, or staircases.

The Housekeeping Team will empty both the landfill and recycling bins in College around the Courts, and the central bin area in Cripps.

Food Waste Caddies will be the sole responsibility of the users, both for emptying and keeping clean.  Regular washing is required to stop fly and maggot infestations.  Housekeeping will provide disposal bags, with further stocks kept at the Forecourt Lodge for collection if required.

Communal Waste Bin Areas

We have waste bin areas in Cripps, Forecourt and Corfield Court.  All bins are clearly marked to show what should be disposed into them.

All outside properties have the correct bins supplied in back garden areas. These bins are clearly marked to show what should be disposed into them.

It is the responsibility of the residents living in Hostels to put the bins out, and pull them back in on the correct day, for collection by the Council - to be done in a timely manner and consideration to our neighbours to be our priority.
