Pre-Interview Assessments

If you are applying for the following subjects, you will need to take a Pre-Interview Assessment. Your assessment centre (usually your school/college) must register you for the Pre-Interview Assessment, you cannot register yourself. The deadline to register to take this assessment is 15 October 2017.

• Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic
• Asian and Middle Eastern Studies
• Economics
• Engineering (including Chemical Engineering via Engineering)
• English
• Geography
• History
• History and Modern Languages (please note: in addition to the pre-interview assessment for History, there will be an at interview assessment for Modern Languages)
• History and Politics
• Human, Social, and Political Sciences
• Natural Sciences (including Chemical Engineering via Natural Sciences)
• Psychological and Behavioural Sciences
• Veterinary Medicine

You will need to register to take the BMAT (BioMedical Admissions Test) if you are applying for:

• Medicine

The deadline to register to take the BMAT is 1 October 2017.
