[THE MORTUARY ROLL OF AMPHELISA PRIORESS OF LILLECHURCH]

The Mortuary Roll of Amphelisa Prioress of Lillecherch in Kent (died cir. 1208-1221).

This Roll has been described by C. E. Sayle, M.A., for the Cambridge Antiquarian Society, Proceedings, vol. X, 1902-3, pp. 383-410: he gives a table of the 378 houses, including one incomplete entry, whose names appear on the roll.
