St John’s College, Cambridge is looking to appoint a Development Officer to manage our annual fund and hugely successful Graduands’ giving campaign, as well as supporting the efforts of other fundraising projects and events. This post is new to the College and is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about fundraising and being part of a wider Development Office team.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines. You will have experience of working within a development, events or marketing environment and be able to communicate effectively with a highly educated, discerning audience and with senior leaders. The role requires fostering strong relationships and sustaining positive alumni connections, along with a willingness to attend events, network and engage with a variety of people.
