Master’s Administrator and Assistant to the Dean of Discipline
Salary: Between £29,335.35—£31,823.40 (depending on experience) plus benefits

St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a Master’s Administrator and Assistant to the Dean of Discipline. The post holder will provide administrative assistance for the Master and for colleagues in the Master’s and President’s Office, to ensure the optimal operation of the department. They will also support the Dean of Discipline as their Assistant and administer the College’s Research Fellowship competition to present the best opportunity to attract and elect leading early-career academics to the College.
To be considered for the role, you will need to be a good communicator with excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will also need to be highly proficient in the use of IT, including MS Office packages, and will have the ability to work quickly and accurately using your own initiative and follow procedures precisely. Good interpersonal skills are also essential.
