Choir Concert at Thaxted Festival

Thaxted Festival

The Choir is delighted to return to the Thaxted Festival this year after a very successful concert in 2008. The programme takes in a wide-range of Cathedral music, including an anthem celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Samuel Sebastian Wesley. It will also include Bruckner's Christus factus est, Franck's Panis Angelicus and works by Lassus and Stainer. Many of the tickets have sold-out, but there is still a limited number available from the Thaxted Festival Website.
