Building Maintenance Engineer

St John’s College is looking to appoint a Building Maintenance Engineer to join the College’s Maintenance Department.

 

The post holder will undertake repairs, maintenance and servicing to all College heating, ventilation, air conditioning and above ground drainage systems, in a way that contributes to the provision of an efficient maintenance service, which has due regard to the nature of the buildings and occupants.

 

The successful candidate will have a recognised vocational qualification (such as City and Guilds or NVQ) and experience, together with a domestic gas qualification such as Gas Safe or equivalent.
