Full-page interlaced intial B with medallions containing birds.

Full-page ornamental initial B with tight coils and Byzantine blossom foliage containing white and orange lions. The corner medallions contain birds and the gold ground has an incised rinceaux pattern. From f.7v of MS K.30, Psalter (North Midlands, c.1190-1200).
