Background

Dr Holli Sargeant is a Research Fellow in Law at St John’s College, Cambridge. She completed her PhD in Law from the University of Cambridge in 2025 as a John Monash Scholar. She also holds an LLB (Hons) and BIR from Bond University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia. Before her doctoral studies, she was admitted as a solicitor in Australia and worked at Herbert Smith Freehills.
