
Dr Grześkiewicz is a College Teaching Associate in Economics. She took her BA at Cambridge and then completed a MSc in data science and a PhD in Economics and machine learning at UCL. From 2024 to 2026 she was a College Assistant Professor (Early Career Fellow) at St John's College.
She teaches various courses in the Economics Tripos.
Her research interests lie at the intersection of economics and machine learning. Her work aims to understand and model the underlying mechanisms of choice and decision-making behaviour, accounting for dynamic settings, across a range of environments. To this end, she combines and develops tools and techniques in a range of areas such as microeconomic theory, dynamic programming and machine learning.
