At Evensong on Sundays during term time, we host a themed sermon series and invite guest speakers from a range of backgrounds, disciplines and ideas to share their perspectives on life and faith. We have welcomed preachers and thought leaders including best-selling novelists, poets, eminent scientists, politicians, musicians, and faith leaders from the public square, who, through the power of the spoken word, have encouraged us to think more deeply about life, the universe and everything.
Preachers have been drawn from our college community, the wider church, and from significant national and international platforms and we welcome those at the forefront of religious, theological and philosophical research.
This term we dedicate our new Chapel organ which fully finds its voice as part of our daily round of worship and prayer. With musicians, ministers, and theologians, we reflect on the ways in which music speaks to us and echoes something of the sound of the likeness of God’s music.
The sermons, as well as our regular sermons from the eucharist and other special services are recorded and shared via Spotify.
