Our chefs have trained in some of the world’s top schools, and bring their flair and passion for great food to everything they create, from formal banquets and exclusive receptions to informal buffets and breakfasts in the Buttery.
We pride ourselves on sourcing quality ingredients with full traceability, and creating interesting and regularly changing menus incorporating inspiration from around the world. Much of our produce is locally sourced, and we are a member of the Sustainable Restauranteurs Association.
We’re also very proud of our wine list, and all our wines are individually selected to reflect the ever-changing trends within the industry. We regularly meet with our wine suppliers and hold wine training sessions with our Front of House staff, ensuring they’re always knowledgeable about the wines they’ll be serving.
We can cater for any dietary requirements (eg vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal, nut allergies, etc) and proactively respond to the latest guidance on allergens, aiming to be market leaders in this area.
