St John’s College is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join the College’s Bursary team.

The post is responsible for providing high-level executive administrative support to the College’s CFO/Senior Bursar as well as supporting other team members, and overseeing administrative provision within the Bursary generally. This will predominately involve: being a primary point of contact for the Senior Bursar; organizing, preparing and attending meetings; managing projects and assisting with the administration of the College’s investments; overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Bursary and streamlining the current administrative processes.

The successful candidate will have significant relevant work experience in an executive role including competency with Microsoft Office and will possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be numerate and have exceptional organization skills and be able to use their own initiative when prioritising competing demands. An interest in, and experience of, financial/investment work and experience of managing staff is also considered desirable.
