Epiphany Carol Service I

A candlelit service of readings and music to celebrate the season of Epiphany.

Music this year will include A tender shoot (Goldschmidt), The angel Gabriel (Pettman), There is no rose (Britten), The Shepherd’s Carol (Chilcott), Ding, dong, merrily on high (Wilberg), Peace on Earth (Wallen), One star at last (Maxwell Davies), Vox in Rama (Kirbye), Tomorrow shall be my dancing day (Burton) and Nunc dimittis (Holst). The readings and hymns tell the story of the coming of Christ, the Magi’s visit, and the presentation in the Temple.
