Salary:                 Between £28,011.95 – £30,387.07 p.a. (depending on experience) plus other benefits

St John’s College is looking to appoint two Chef de Partie's to join its dynamic and friendly Catering and Conference Department.  Using the best fresh ingredients, the postholder will be responsible to the Executive Chef for ensuring the preparation of food is to a very high quality for both members of the College and attendees at high profile events.

The College is very well respected within the hospitality industry and has a high reputation for its food and service, which we are always looking to improve upon.  All staff are fully trained in allergy awareness, and the College is a member of the Sustainable Restaurants Association and TUCO.

You will be qualified to NVQ3 level, City & Guilds 7061 and 7062 or equivalent together with previous relevant experience.  Basic knowledge of HACCP principles and COSHH regulations are essential.
