St John’s College is looking to appoint an Apprentice Chef on a fixed-term contract of two years, to work in our illustrious kitchen, to an agreed programme of work.
Working alongside highly experienced Chefs you will be trained in all aspects of food preparation and production and will be trained in advanced cooking techniques, preparing, cooking and finishing meals to a very high standard. Throughout the two year apprenticeship, you will also be required to attend a day release Catering Course at Westminster College, London to gain a Professional Catering Qualification.
The post requires a team player who has a keen interest in food and who is committed to developing a career as a Chef. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, first class establishment with an experienced team, whilst also gaining valuable training at one of the leading colleges for catering.
