Salary:                  £25,715 - £28,662 (depending on experience) plus benefits

St John’s College is looking to appoint a Functions Supervisor to join the College’s Catering Department.

The post is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all public and private dining rooms and associated areas in terms of food service, staff supervision and cleaning.

The successful candidate will possess a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferably Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate) and have knowledge of Silver service and other styles of food service, HACCP principles, COSHH regulations. They will also have a strong attention to detail, a high level of discretion and a positive attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
